How much does it cost to stay at Brollagio?
You’ll never pay any out-of-pocket expenses! Brollagio charges the on-base visiting officer quarters (VOQ) rate that you’ll be reimbursed for on your DTS voucher.
What payment methods does Brollagio accept?
Although most members choose to pay using their Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC), Brollagio accepts any major credit or debit card as well as bank transfers and e-checks.
Does Brollagio charge a pet fee?
NO! We love pets and never charge a pet fee. If you don’t like living with pets, just let us know and we’ll accommodate you in a pet-free home.
Can I stay at Brollagio if I already booked a room on base? What if I already moved into base lodging?
YES! Contact us and we can help you move into the perfect Brollagio home without incurring any additional expenses. We’ll make sure you have the required documents for your voucher.
Per the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR): If… “adequate Government quarters are available on the U.S. installation to which a Service member is assigned TDY, but the Service member chooses to use other lodging, then the Service member is limited to the reimbursement cost of Government quarters on the assigned TDY installation (44 Comp. Gen. 626 (1965))).”
Does Brollagio charge for days I’m on leave?
No! If you’re on leave, you will not be receiving the lodging or perdiem rate, so we will not charge you for the time you’re on leave and you can keep all your belongings in the house while you’re gone.
Do I need to do lawn care, maintenance, or pay utilities?
NO! Brollagio takes care of everything so you can focus on your training.
Do I need to be a military member to stay at a Brollagio home?
No! Although most of our homes are used by military members on TDY orders, we have lodging options for anyone looking for housing.
What is a GTCC?
According to The office of Financial Management, “The Government Travel Charge Card Program (GTCC) provides travelers with a safe, effective, convenient, and commercially available method to pay for expenses associated with official travel. The GTCC includes Individually Billed Accounts (IBAs) and Centrally Billed Accounts (CBAs).” More details can be found on the Commerce.gov website. You can use your GTCC to pay for Brollagio lodging while you’re on TDY orders
